The Shuron Nulady Deluxe is a bold (and bejeweled!), versatile plastic frame that would have been a catalyst for a less than stellar GPA, as I spent my freshman year thinking about the beautifully bitchy art-student girl in the dorm next door wearing them. This is a look that says, “I’m in control here,” or “get out of my way.”
As with many of the plastic Shuron frames, these are going to hide that moderate to moderately heavy prescription quite nicely. Years from now, you’ll gaze at these (safely tucked in your top dresser drawer) and wonder why you’re managing the human resources group at the largest pharmaceutical company in the Northeast and not playing bass for an all-girl indie-rock outfit. Good times. Like many of the Shuron frames, these are available in a whole bunch of sizes, but just the two colors; mauve and blue. The “Deluxe” tells you it’s an upgraded Shuron Nulady. |
